Balinese Offering (canang sari)

How to create and make your own Balinese offerings? CANANG SARI is one of the daily offerings made by Balinese Hindus,it's a small square made from coconut leaf decorated with a combination of colourful flowers.

The phrase canang sari is derived from Balinese words: SARI ( essence ) and CANANG ( a small Palm leaf basket as a tray.canang sari will be seen in the Balinese temples, on the small shrine in the houses and on the ground or as part of larger offerings.Canang sari is symbol of thankfulness of the Hindu God Ida sang Hyang widhi wasa in praise and prayer .my wife would be happy to teach how to make it.
